‘Pool’ of Not-for-Profit temporary staff

April 2024

Social service providers have approached SociaLink to see if we could operate an informal ‘pool’ of people experienced in the not-for-profit sector who could cover staff on leave or for short-term jobs.

Not-for-profits often find commercial recruitment companies aren’t as familiar with our needs and their costs are often out of reach.

SociaLink is trialling a pool where anyone who wants to work temporarily for a not-for-profit organisation and is experienced in the sector can list their areas of expertise, qualifications and experience.  Managers of not-for-profits can contact them if they think they fit their needs.

SociaLink won’t vet or endorse anyone who lists their details – it’s up to managers to check them out before recruiting.

Please download the skills availablity form to list if you are available for a temporary role. Managers – if you are looking for temporary staff, please download the positions available form.

Names and contact details will be available to download on this website unless you inform us that you require privacy by email.
