Before joining us at SociaLink she spent 10 years with the Katikati Community Centre and was always enthusiastic about working for non-profits. She started getting into “financial stuff” there, and decided to do a graduate diploma in professional accounting.
She’s been self employed in accounting for the past two and a half years and loves the flexibility of working with different people and getting to know organisations, while working part time for SociaLink.
At home she’s currently living with her mum and her two teenagers, and a total of five cats, some hers and some her mum’s while they look for a house to buy.
Outside work she loves exercise and lifting weights at the gym, along with a bit of tennis.
