Measuring Your Impact

Every aspect of your organisation and activities should be regularly monitored and evaluated to ensure the services you deliver are achieving maximum positive impact for your clients. Monitoring is the collection of information against a plan and set measures.  Evaluation is about using monitoring and other information you collect to make judgements about the value of any aspect of your organisation, including projects, products, services or benefits; or about the organisation as a whole. This information can then be used to demonstrate what is working well and where there is room for improvement (Source: Ministry of Health NGO and Disability Network)
