Ka kite anō Christa
Christa George was with SociaLink for four years offering invaluable one-on-one advice and support to numerous for-purpose organisations about any aspects of the running of their organisations including governance, management and operations as our Organisational Advisor.
The feedback I’ve received from for-purpose organisations who have benefited from this service demonstrates that many, many organisations are stronger and more effective as a result of this support. As SociaLink’s Co-Chair Soi Tupou commented, Christa leaves big shoes to fill, as all feedback received about her has been excellent. We wish Christa all the best as she focuses on governance roles and taking life a little bit easier! Aroha nui.

We welcome her to our team.

What is an Organisational Advisor?
The OA works alongside your team to build capability at every level – whether that is governance, management, or operations. If you are looking to set up a new legal entity, need an organisational health check, or just need guidance on a specific challenge, we are here to help.
How it works: We usually start with a face-to-face meeting to get to know your organisation and its goals. From there, we provide recommendations, share templates and resources, or connect you with the right experts. For quick questions, you can simply reach out via email.
Why we do it: We know that many smaller organisations cannot afford senior management staff. By providing access to our highly experienced advisors, we help your board members and managers increase their confidence and performance. Plus, we save you time and money by providing the resources, templates, and expertise you would otherwise have to research yourself.
Who it’s for: This service is available to any not-for-profit or for-purpose organisation operating in the Western Bay of Plenty.
- Cost: Free
Whether you are a long-standing member or a new group finding your feet, please feel free to reach out and connect with Ani. We look forward to continuing to support your vital work in our community.
