Can we request training in a certain area?
Yes, we are very open to organising training based on need, so keen to get feedback and requests. Please email tracy@socialink.org.nz
Where is the training held
We use our training spaces at The Kollective, 145 17th Ave, Tauranga (next to the Historic Village).
Some training is done online if it’s suited to that.
Some training is done in bigger venues around Tauranga as needed.
Is there parking
There is parking available on 17th Ave, or if particularly full, try 16th Ave and walk down the path to The Kollective by the 16th Ave Theatre (more parking is currently being developed!)
We aim to connect for-purpose organisations with local training to help support the work they do for our community.
What:
Experts are invited to deliver workshops, networking and other events relevant to topics and content based on feedback from the sector and what is currently relevant. Thanks to subsidies from SociaLink’s funders we are able to offer quality training at an affordable price.
Why:
Building capability within for-purpose organisations is hugely important to successful outcomes for the organisation and its clients.
Who it’s for:
Any not-for-profit or for-purpose organisation operating in the Western Bay of Plenty.
Cost:
Often FREE, or from as little as $10
The cost varies depending on a number of factors including duration of the training.
