My biggest passion is music and pre Kollective, most of my career was in the music industry as a singer and songwriter. I’ve also worked as a barista and café manager. My main role in life though is being a mum to three lovely children and two adorable cats, and although they are all relatively self-sufficient now, this role is lifelong and my favourite.

I’m Caitriona, or Cookie to everyone who knows me. I am from County Cork in Ireland and have been living in Tauranga Moana since 2016.
What I do:
I started working with SociaLink in 2018 and I’m the General Manager of The Kollective (TK) – New Zealand’s largest coworking space dedicated to the success of nonprofit organisations.
No two days are the same at TK which is exactly how I like it. My role varies hugely and encompasses everything from facility management, finances, and team management to social media, communications, and events. Not to mention cooking breakfast for 60 people to provide an opportunity for residents to spend some time together and promote collaboration!
