Soifua is currently employed by the National Public Health Service with Health NZ, Te Whatu Ora. With over 15 years of experience spanning frontline, management and governance roles in the community and social services sector, she brings a wealth of expertise.

 

Her dedication to the sector is evident in her commitment to well-informed policies, fostering cultural intelligence, activating organisational success and promoting safe collaborative practice. She thrives in a team environment that values knowledge sharing and prioritises authentic relationships.

 

Soifua is grateful for the support of her village, comprised of her family from Niuafo’ou and Ha’apai in Tonga, as she navigates her role as a mother to her six children.
