Connecting organisations to work together to achieve greater impact.
DATA PROJECTS
Helping organisations to gain confidence with data - to collect, analyse and report on their own information and to use external data resources. Data can help demonstrate impact. Service provided by Community Insights - a division of SociaLink.
DISCOUNTS
Business Heroes Directory is a list of businesses that offer support and/or discounts to for-purpose and not-for-profit organisations.
MENTORING
A 6 month programme where new or aspiring leaders are matched with experienced.
ORGANISATIONAL ADVICE
Advisors available to provide one-on-one support for all aspects of the running of your organisation, including governance.
COMMUNITY INSIGHTS
Assisting with collecting and collating data across the sector for community benefit.
NETWORKING
Events and forums to support organisations to connect, learn from each other and grow together.
OPERATIONS (OFFICE) SUPPORT
A highly subsidised support service from a senior operational manager to help with various organisational needs like projects, administration, systems, marketing + websites, policies and more. Purchased in blocks of 20 hours so there's no ongoing commitment.
VOLUNTEERING SERVICES
Assist community organisations to recruit and retain volunteers as well as encourage and promote volunteering.
RESEARCH
Undertake and provide access to research relevant to community and social service providers.
RESOURCES
DIY tools including templates, guides, videos and links to other great resources.
TRAINING + WORKSHOPS
Professional development training and workshops to learn and develop skills.

The people who are most affected by government policies are often the least likely to vote. In Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty, lower-income communities have some of the lowest voter turnout rates. This raises important questions about barriers to voting, whose voices are being heard, and how we can help ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate in our democracy.
