Kia ora, I'm Katrina — I love the idea that when you can't control the waves, you learn how to surf! I try to bring that same positive, go-with-the-flow energy to life and work. Outside of my mahi, you'll find me with a coffee or matcha in hand, walking my lovely dog Amiga, or trying not to fall over in yoga.

Experience & Expertise:
Originally from an Architecture background, I followed my creative passion by building a design-and-build business before returning home to Aotearoa. That creative foundation continues to shape my approach to communications — with an eye for design, a love for storytelling, and a focus on clear, purposeful messaging.
I support media relations, social media management, content creation and editing, and the development of communication strategies to support our kaupapa to support others. My passion for connecting people also carries over to The Kollective at Front Desk, where I welcome visitors and assist member organisations — including SociaLink!
