Tō Mātou Tīma - Our Team

I live in a tree house that was featured in the locally produced film “Z Nail Gang” – how cool is that? A hippie at heart, I thrive when surrounded by nature. My little chainsaw is my best ever toy. My pet hate is Crocs; refuse to own a pair, handy as they may be. Love my whanau, food and wine too; still trying to make a drinkable red brew from the grapes we grow. In my “spare” time I do creative things: yoga and compete with my husband at table tennis, Kubb, cards, scrabble, golf - well, anything really. Everyone loves a winner after all 😊

I was 13 when my parents moved to NZ. Over the years I lived in many places between Auckland and Wellington (five colleges and one uni made me feel like a nomad), but eventually I settled in the WBOP area in 2000. Just love the sun and surf! In 2017 I finally came “home”; my husband and I are the proud kaitiaki of a 6 acre bush-clad valley. Working with plants for many years, I changed to working with people in 2010 and found my other passion – facilitation.
