Zimbabwe born Tracey travelled extensively until calling New Zealand home some 35 years ago. She has worked in a diverse range of industries, from agriculture, hospitality, vehicle sales and servicing through to Sales, Marketing and Business training to more recently (7 years) the Social Sector where she is the CFO for Youth Encounter Ministries Trust. She is responsible for all things financial, growing services whilst focusing on sustainable funding.
Tracey is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our youth and believes strongly in giving them opportunities and supporting them to grow and develop into the incredible young people they are.
