Zimbabwe born and bred, Tracey relocated to New Zealand in 1992. Tracey has worked in a diverse number of industries from agriculture, hospitality, vehicle sales and servicing, through to sales, marketing and business development training, the not-for-profit sector and more recently in the public sector, leading organisations through change.
An independent and lateral thinker, Tracey brings experience in operational and financial management with a focus on team collaboration. She is currently employed as the Relationship Manager for the Bay of Plenty in the Ministry of Social Development.
Tracey is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, particularly for those who have not had opportunities, and is a keen volunteer in the community.
