The increasing income inequality gap has far reaching implications for our society. We know the gap is widening, and that more and more people are living in hardship. It affects people of every age and ethnicity, and is occurring in every town and city throughout Aotearoa. It is time to start talking about how we can close the gap.
SociaLink Tauranga Moana and Closing the Gap supported by Priority One have invited a panel of key speakers on this topic, to build our knowledge and trigger discussion on this topic. We urge you to participate and hear about what income inequality looks like in the Western Bay of Plenty. Download the poster here and share with friends and colleagues.
